Place the stamp on the surface to be printed with the inked pad facing downwards. Press with even pressure and lift vertically for a sharp result. Make sure the surface is clean and dry before application.

The pad is removed by gently levering it from the edge with a flat object. The new pad is inserted by pressing it evenly into position until it clicks fully into place. Replacement pads are available in our shop.

You can use water-based inks for paper and cardboard, oil-based inks for non-porous surfaces such as plastic and metal, and specialist inks for fabrics. Each type of surface requires the appropriate ink for an optimal result.

For water-based inks, use a damp cloth immediately after use. For oil-based inks, use a mild solvent. Never submerge the entire stamp in water. Always clean the pad after each session to extend its lifespan.

We accept vector files in .ai, .svg, .eps formats and raster files in .bmp, .jpg, .tif formats with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi. Vector files are always preferable to guarantee the highest print quality.

Yes, you can upload any custom image or logo. Please ensure you hold the usage rights for the graphic material. Our team will check the file quality and contact you if necessary to optimise the result.

The maximum achievable size is 100×100 cm. For larger dimensions, please contact us to discuss custom solutions. Minimum dimensions depend on the complexity of the design.

Very fine details (lines under 0.5 mm, text under 6pt) cannot be reproduced to the required quality and will be lost during production. We recommend simplifying the design for fine details and our team will help you optimise the result.

We accept PayPal, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfer and cash at our operational premises. All online payments are protected by SSL encryption.

You can monitor the status of your order by logging into your account in the My Orders section. You will also receive email notifications for every update on the shipment status.

Modifications are only possible if production has not yet begun. Please contact us as soon as possible by email or phone, quoting your order number and the changes required.

The lifespan of the pad is virtually unlimited when used and stored correctly. The ink will need to be refilled periodically depending on frequency of use, but the pad itself does not deteriorate.

Yes, all spare parts are available in our shop: replacement pads, inks in various colours and accessories. You can order them individually or in convenient kits.

All our products are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects. If you find a defect in the material or workmanship, we will provide a free replacement.

Take a photo of the defect and contact us via the contact page on cuttalo.com, quoting your order number. Our team will assess the case and proceed with the replacement as quickly as possible.

Production takes 5–7 working days (express service in 2 working days with a €25 surcharge). Subsequent shipping takes 24–48 hours via Mail Boxes Etc.

You will receive the tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is handed to the courier. You can monitor the shipment directly via the link provided in the notification.

Returns are accepted exclusively for products with manufacturing defects, within 14 days of receipt. As these are personalised products, returns due to a change of mind are not accepted.

With the €25 surcharge, the production of your stamp is completed in just 2 working days instead of the standard 5–7. Shipping remains the same at 24–48 hours. Select this option at the time of ordering.
